Originality Technique ImpactThis piece is just amazing and deserved a DD 100%!
I find the amount of time spent on this incredible- as it was drawn traditionally it really shows the effort put into something, when you could have easily achieved the same results digitally in less time.
The composition is in a way both simple and complex, overall it is a beautiful abstract design. At a first glance I wondered, "How could anyone make this? It must have taken a lot of sketching and redoes to get this all perfect." But upon zooming in I noticed it was just simple lines and brush strokes. It really shows how every little bit counts in the whole.
As to what the design is, I see it more as a spider's web pattern, but everyone could have differing interpretations.
I like the colour choices. The aqua colour you chose was just right, It's not too green and having the contrast hurt my eyes, nor too blue and not standing out the way the aqua did.
All in all i'm thoroughly impressed with this piece. The amount of different patterns that make up this is astounding. Good work. ^^
